Hyundai Motor India, the country's second largest car manufacturer, inaugurated India's first digital automotive experience outlet in Delhi on Thursday. Christened 'Unity Hyundai', the outlet will offer an all-digital experience by adopting the digital screens and artworks as per the changing taste of customers.
The new outlet will allow visitors to research, test-drive, part-exchange their old car and buy a new Hyundai car, either with cash or through the company's available finance packages. The company says that the Unity Hyundai outlet is designed to provide easy-to-use, flexible and convenient facilities to customers, thus giving them the freedom of purchase.
On the occasion of this unique showroom launch, managing director of HMIL, YK Koo, said, "Hyundai has the customers truly at its heart. This outlet expresses Hyundai's modern premium brand identity. Unity Hyundai is India's first Interactive, Creative and Understanding space which boosts the Hyundai brand value by creating an emotional connect with the existing and future customers."
"The key drivers for the success of Unity Hyundai - Digital Experience Outlet will be Evolution, Innovation and Experience. This exciting new digital outlet from Hyundai exemplifies these themes to create a unique experience," he added.
It remains unclear on Hyundai's part whether more such outlets will be launched in the country. But going by the face value, this could well be a start of a modern trend among automakers in India.
